“From the outside it doesn’t look like much but once you walk through the door and taste the food, you’ll change your mind. From whole chicken wings to some of the best gizzards I’ve ever had, Captain Hooks is where it’s at. Just a little small restaurant in downtown I make a point to come here at least twice a month when I’m off and in town. You have to know how to cook gizzards and this place definitely knows. Service is always great, staff is friendly. Definitely give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.”

$119.99

“We love fried chicken and on our southern travels stopped by Captain Hooks and was 100% not disappointed with their fried chicken. We ate chicken wings, tenders and sandwiches. All delicious crunchy and super yummy. The lemon pepper spice throughout the fries and chicken was amazing. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and making the stop worth every minute of travel and gallon of fuel.”

59 Cent (Naked Cut Wing)

Naked wings with optional five-wing, 10-cut, or 20-cut quantities.

“Best deal on fried wings in Dothan, by far. Everything I have tried from there has been good. If you like livers, it’s hard to beat Captain Hooks, on both quality and quantity. No matter what you get, make sure to add some okra. I don’t recommend trying it until you get home, otherwise you won’t be able to stop eating it and it will be gone before you get there. I wouldn’t change anything. I appreciate ya’ll.”
